State of Ashland - 10/1/26

These last 2 months have seen some progress in the diversification areas. We've branched out from only cards and the newly added card sleeves to the product list, we're also introducing the decorative potion bottles and usable dice potions. Each are similar, though I hope to make more dice potions than regular potions. The regular potions will be limited edition, even though I plan to offer them for sale year-round until they sell out.

I've also added a couple of Magic: The Gathering and Pokemon sets to the shop's inventory, but growth on that front has lessened compared to previous months. Still, growth is growth!

I'm working on creating a custom-step-by-step product version of the potions, where folks can order custom variations for the potions. I can already see that the options are a lot, so we'll need to limit them until a better system is found. Until then, I know I don't have the particular market established FOR dice potions, but upcoming in November, I'd like to get some diversity not just in inventory as I achieved for this last month, but diversity in marketplace.

I'm talking Etsy, possibly Tiktoks. I'd like to get Tiktoks going for the shop, but I'm not savvy for memorizing all the mumbo jumbo about advertisements. Still, some clip edits and BTS looks would be better than nothing. And, maybe we can build a following, eh?

October's plans are to push some Halloween-themed stock out, and prepare for November and December holidays and themes. Ramp up some graphics and continue to advertise without breaking the bank. Keep selling cards, and have fun.

See you next month!
